Women’s risk of violence spans culture, race, class, location, and more. Due to the misogynistic society we live in, I wanted to create a brand that acknowledged and encouraged the idea of “feminine rage.” Designing branding and packaging for a line of self defense products can help women embrace the fact that they can defend themselves against the men in a society who view them as objects to be desired, rather than human beings. The deliverables for this project include a shipping box, a "cup condom" that protects open drinks, pepper spray, brass knuckles, keychain sirens, a stun gun, and a pocket knife.
